What is the Cans 2 Table Project?
Dragan Brewing & Wine Company has teamed up with community partners to launch the Cans 2 Table initiative in benefit of Food4Kids Niagara. A percentage of profit from our beer can sales will be donated to combat youth hunger in the Niagara Region. Collectively, our vision is to aid the expansion of impact that is needed for change in our community.
How are we going to do it?
Unlike other brewery origins, ours began with a bedtime story for our founder, Michael's, son. As we build our vision, supporting children’s health initiatives remains a key component in expanding our community impact.
As a result, we partnered with the local charity Food4Kids Niagara to help feed hungry bellies in our community. Food4Kids provides food packages to local children with limited to no access to food over the weekends. Not only do we regularly host events in support of Food4Kids, but we also donate a portion of our proceeds to them which has allowed us to help them make a difference in the lives of countless families in the Niagara region.
Who is Food4Kids Niagara?
Food4Kids Niagara is a charitable organization that feeds 301 children across 17 schools in The Niagara Region. Their focus is to reduce the barriers of access to healthy food, which further impacts immediate, short and long-term developmental outcomes for children and youth.
